SMAN 15 Surabaya is a favorite school that is accredited A and included in the Pilot School in Surabaya. The students at SMA 15 Surabaya are very smart, diligent, and have a high level of struggle in carrying out their tasks in school. In addition to being good in academics, libels students are also good in gymnastics, especially in aerobics.
Normally, every Friday morning, libels hold morning aerobics on the basketball court. The gymnastics is usually attended by students, teachers, and staff of SMAN 15 Surabaya. The gymnastics are always led by professional and energetic aerobics instructors. However, starting in 2019, I have never seen a gym in the morning again.
Aerobics education itself is taught in Physical Education and Sports subjects. In each class, namely class X, XI, and XII will always get this aerobics lesson. In class X, students will be taught basic aerobics by Eko Yulianto. The student will be taught 20-foot movements. Then, in class XI, aerobics is taught by Mr. Setyo and his students will be taught about the 14 basic hand movements of aerobics.
In the end, in class XII, aerobics will be taught again by Mr. Firman. However, the movement used is a combination of hand movements and leg movements that have been taught. After being combined, then we put it together with the appropriate song and performed in groups.
At the end of the class XII sports assignments, we will find the task of arranging aerobic exercise on its own. At Libels itself, the Aerobics Practice Practice Exams become an arena for competing with each other in the field of sports to show mutual togetherness, cohesiveness, self-confidence, and all of that is poured into a series of aerobic exercises.
These gymnastic assignments, this is very useful for students. We are trained in our creativity in making aerobic exercise movements, are required to work hard until the specified time limit, and we are also taught to be able to solve problems that exist in our group, for example, problems such as compactness, differences of opinion, communication, and other benefits.
Aerobic exercise can also nourish our bodies. Healthy and heat the muscles, lose weight, increase body stamina, improve our heart function, and the most important and very suitable for students at Libels is to restore mood and reduce stress.
