The Field Experience Program (PPL) itself is an important stage for prospective teachers who are currently students. This program provides opportunities for prospective teacher students to get to know the real world of teacher training before they actually get involved in it. They are sent to schools to gain experience, what process they have to go through to become professional teachers. This program is organized to increase PPL participants' awareness of important components in teaching and learning activities and to encourage them to be able to implement college assignments and improve their personal skills as creative teacher.

The arrival of PPL teachers was welcomed by all residents of SMA N 15 Surabaya. These teachers came from the Adi Buana University in Surabaya specializing in teacher education and were distributed to schools in East Java including SMA N 15 Surabaya. They numbered 21 people, consisting of teachers ppkn 2 people, 3 Indonesian language teachers, 3 English teachers, 3 guidance counseling teachers, 2 art teachers, 3 math teachers and 5 physical education teachers. All teaching hours division it depends on the tutor or senior teacher. They begin the field experience program at libels on 16 September 2019 and will end on 16 November 2019.

I am personally very interested in interviewing them while teaching in this high school. While in the BK room I asked two PPL teachers who became BK teachers in our school. "What do you think of this school?" "Libels are special, mothers really like discipline. students who arrived on time, "said Ms. Riwin." I really like the politeness and friendliness of the students of libels in respecting us as new teachers, "said Ms. Izza.

What are your ups and downs while on libels, ma'am? We certainly enjoy a lot of knowledge, get a lot of new experience, a lot of relationships but if there is certain like that is grief that is we have to part with friends in the campus because it is distributed to schools throughout East Java as well we must be able to divide the time from morning to evening to teach here. But over time we feel comfortable and are getting used to the situation like this. Students of libels who also make us more enthusiastic in learning to develop the potential of teaching here.

Our message is to represent other PPL teachers for SMA N 15 Surabaya, which is to keep the school the best, hopefully students can be active, be disciplined and arrive on time, and always produce smart and characterless future generations.We proud of Libels
