Tahu bakso is basically a fried tofu stuffed with meatballs. It taste like a mix between tofu and meatball (duh). Its soggy, salty and the broth really stand out, giving it the signature taste.

Its actually a pretty normal snack, until recently, some one decided to supply the school cooperative with tahu bakso. It became a trend in SMAN 15. The supplier came at the school cooperative at around 7 or 7.30. So the students have to run for it in between subjects. Despite that, every singgle day since the school cooperative sold those tahu bakso, it always sold out before the first recess.

Its no exhaggeration that everyone in SMAN 15 want those tahu bakso. Even I who only 1 class, a counselling room, and a school's clinic away only manage to bought 3. I admit that it taste really good, especially when you haven't had a breakfast. "You should get them to supply more" said one of the students I overheard while i was there.

In short, tahu bakso become the most wanted snacks in libels. It never survived the firts 2 hours in the school cooperative. And for the suplier, please do make more.
