in early 2019, Libels made a mural painting competition. Mural is an artwork painted directly on a wall, ceiling or any other permanent surfaces.

These paintings were painted in front of the school canteen, there’s a mural that tells us about a game, view, or any other things that actually hard to explain, and each wall have a lot of meanings, and turned ordinary walls into artsy walls

This project is so smart, this is actually a good thing to do for the students, they can learn how to develop their artistic skills and teamworks.

About the competition, each wall were painted by 3 classes and they had to discuss about the theme before they painted it on the wall, and they were forbidden to draw things that aren’t polite, such as satirical things or violence, they were allowed to draw something aesthetic, cartoons, or any other good things.

In about 2 weeks they must have finished the painting, they worked really hard, during the weekends, they came to school just to work on this mural project, and they enjoy doing it.

Top three for this mural competition got a prize, 300 thousand rupiah. They were so happy, and school keeps these paintings until now.
